Robert Carroll attended the University of Florida. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1963 and his Juris Doctorate in 1966.
After graduation, he served three years as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Bob returned to Clearwater in 1969 to serve as an assistant public defender for Pinellas County, a Municipal Court Judge in the city of Oldsmar and to join the law firm Muscarella & Perenich. He continues to serve his clients in the area of personal injury and wrongful death cases for the same firm, now known as Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes. Bob has represented thousands of people in this area.
Over the course of his career, Bob developed a special interest in head injury victims. He has actively participation in a local head injury support group, plus attended national conferences sponsored by the National Head Injury Foundation. He has represented numerous head injury victims. Bob is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the Clearwater Bar Association.
