Woman Dies in Car Accident
A woman died in a single car accident in Clearwater on November 11, just days before her 43rdbirthday.
The Clearwater Beacon reported that the Clearwater Police Report revealed that the car accident occurred on Druid Road and Betty Lane. Around 7:33 a.m., the car was seen driving erratically, even driving on the pedestrian trail that runs on the north side of Druid Road. The erratic driving ended when the driver, Andrea Pribbenow, crashed into the side of a pedestrian bridge, bringing her car to a stop. As a result of the crash, she sustained severe injuries and was sent by helicopter to Bayfront Medical Center. She later died as a result of her injuries.
