Former Jabil Circuit Executive Convicted Of Two Murders To Be Sentenced Today In Pinellas County
Former Jabil Circuit executive Patrick Evans will be sentenced today in Pinellas County for the 2008 murders of Elizabeth Evans and Gerald B. Taylor, Jr. Late last year, Evans was convicted of those murders and the jury recommended the death penalty. The judge in the case has the final say as to whether Evans will go to death row.
Earlier this month, a Clearwater jury awarded over $54 million in damages in favor of the ten year old daughter of the late Gerald B. Taylor, Jr. who was murdered on December 20, 2008 by Evans.
