But don’t spend all your time worrying about your Starbucks drink—there are plenty of other products recalls you should be watching out for. To help you ease into fall, we’re here with our August 2018 edition of Recall Roundup to keep you updated on recent products recalls.

A Big “Oops” for Almond Milk

Compared to recent months, which saw massive recalls of food products like romaine lettuce and Goldfish crackers, August 2018 was a relatively slow month for food recalls. One of the biggest food recalls was for vanilla Almond Breeze from HP Hood. The almond milk, a popular choice for vegans and people who are lactose-intolerant, accidentally contained the one thing its drinkers are trying to ignore: milk. Thankfully, the manufactured recognize the danger this could pose to people with milk allergies, and quickly issued a voluntarily recall. They have also changed their production process to ensure this kind of mistake doesn’t happen again.

Motorcyclists,  Beware

Motorcycles and RVs, on the other hand, saw a lot of recalls throughout August 2018. For motorcycles in particular, defects can be very dangerous, since motorcyclists are already in a vulnerable position on the roads. They are already at an increased risk of a traffic accident, and a defect, like an issue with their helmet or their brakes, can turn a bad situation into a worse one.

If you’re a motorcycle rider who supports one of these brands, check to make sure your product is safe before hitting the road:

For RVs, some of the brands to keep an eye on include:

Not So Healthy

Finally, a handful of August 2018 recalls concerned supplements, vitamins, or other health products. These include Dr. King’s homeopathic products, valsartan tablets by Torret Pharmaceutical Limited and Camber Pharmaceuticals, Zakah Life’s kratom products, and sinus relief mist from CVS Health. If you use one of these products, check the label to make sure you aren’t actually hurting your health.
