Before 1955, injury victims in Pinellas Country, Florida didn’t have many options. If they wanted an attorney, they would likely be represented by a general practice lawyer, who might not necessarily have the right combination of experience and passion to win their case. While working as an insurance adjuster in Clearwater, Guy Perenich saw these issues firsthand. Realizing that the injury victims of Pinellas County desperately needed someone to speak up for them, he co-founded Muscarella and Perenich, Clearwater’s first law firm to focus exclusively on personal injury law.
Today, the name may be different, but our goal stays the same: to provide professional representation for people seeking compensation after personal injuries. We still focus solely on the personal injury, including practice areas like workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, and wrongful death. We approach every case with passion, dedication, and experience, and strive to provide our clients and their loved ones with the advice and action they need, when they need it.
Our legacy in Clearwater and Pinellas County is very important to us. Mark Perenich, the son of Guy Perenich, carries on the family name, and is joined by Bryan Caulfield and Matthew Noyes, along with a stellar team of associate attorneys. Since 1955, we have helped thousands of clients and secured over $500 million in damages, shaping and improving the lives of many injury victims. We are very proud to be an established part of the Tampa Bay community, and just like Guy Perenich did in 1955, we plan to continue providing support and representation to those who need it most!
