Bryan Caulfield practices exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Law. Whether the claim has arisen from a car, motorcycle, pedestrian, or bicycle accident or an on the job accident or another source, Bryan has expertise and experience to handle the case. He has handled over 3500 cases from start to finish in his over 20 year career representing only individuals in their claims for compensation for injury or death arising out of negligence.

While in law school, Bryan received numerous honors for his achievements. He was the Stetson University College of Law Mock Trial Champion in 1987. He was elected President of the Trial Advocacy Society at Stetson University College of Law in 1987. He was also selected by competition to Stetson’s Moot Court team where he argued simulated appellate Court arguments and represented Stetson at the 1987 Robert Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition at the Florida Bar Convention. There he was named the Best Oral Advocate of the Preliminary Round in which teams from every Florida Law School participated.

He was also selected by competition to represent Stetson on their American Bar Association Mock Trial Team. He and his partner were Regional Champions and placed second in the nation among 220 teams representing every accredited law school in America in Dallas, Texas at the National ABA Convention in 1988. Upon Graduation Bryan, along with his trial team partner, received the Ralph Harris Farrell Award as the Outstanding advocates of their 1988 Stetson University College of Law graduating class, and Bryan was selected for induction to the Order of Barristers.

Bryan joined the firm, then known as Perenich and Carroll P.A, first as a law clerk while in Law School, and later became an associate at the firm and was named a Partner in 1991. He has spent a career utilizing his strong advocacy skills for the benefit of his clients.

He has gone on to achieve Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer from the Florida Bar. This makes him one of the less than 2% of all 87,000 Florida Attorneys who have achieved Board Certification.

Bryan has also received membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for obtaining a jury verdict in excess of one million dollars. Most of his cases resolve by settlement before a jury trial is necessary. In the event the case does not settle he has the expertise and experience to reject the insurance companies final offer and proceed to a jury trial. He has conducted jury trials in cases involving Personal Injury or Wrongful Death in virtually every type of case including auto accidents, bicycle accidents, truck accidents, Medical Malpractice, and Product Liability in both State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, American Association of Justice, American Bar Association, and the Clearwater Bar Association. Bryan also holds an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the world’s largest independent Legal rating service which identifies Bryan’s preeminent legal ability and recognizes that he demonstrates the highest professional and ethical standards.

Active in the community, Bryan has coached, sponsored, or acted as assistant coach in numerous area Youth Sports Leagues. He began coaching in Oldsmar Little League Baseball and as his children have grown later coached recreational soccer and Middle School Basketball and was later selected to Coach both Boys and Girl’s Competitive Soccer Teams. In addition Bryan has served on the Board of Directors of The East Lake Arsenal Soccer Club and recently completed a term as President of the East Lake Soccer Association.
